I am a busy mom of three, wife and certified health coach! I grew up playing sports my entire life and stopped playing after college, had my three babies and I looked in the mirror one day and I was the biggest and most uncomfortable I had ever been and I knew it was time for change! I knew since I was an athlete that I could get the job done. So I started working out 5 days a week consistently and meal prepping but I wasn’t getting anywhere!!
Things didn’t work like they used to so I started trying any and every diet I could get my hands on only to keep getting little to no results. Until I started this program and I knew within days it was different than anything I had ever tried. I got results right away! I was sleeping better, my energy skyrocketed and I was losing weight fast! I felt amazing! I lost 40 pounds in 4.5 months and hit my goal faster than I ever could have imagined. I am now down 50 pounds an have maintained my loss for almost 2 years now. I now have the pleasure of coaching other people to reach their health goals and transform their lives!
